I ordered Sony PowerBank 10000 MaH on 19-09-15 and it got delivered on 21-09-15 but when i check that parcel the product was damaged and it was not getting charged and when i try to call them they are not responding to phone calls nor they are replying to my any of the emails...please look into this as its a very serious issue with this company
