This company offered us voucher for 3N/4D stay with the listed hotel on the website (http://www.thefairstay.com/).
We have taken that voucher for Rs 9988 Rs.
As per their process we have communicated them more than 18days prior for the stay in srinagar, these guys has offered us hotel which are very low budget and not even costing Rs 6000. Its totally waste of my money. When we asked them to provide atleast hotel equal to the value of Rs 9988. they says those are not available or out of their budget. We have informed them more than 40days of our plan but they says that those are not avaialble since then. Also they never reply on email to be safe and every time when we call then either they give new timeline and just fool us.
These guys also fooled us by promising us to give a Motorola Phone and they have not given us and refused their statement. We have already made a complain for that. Also if you check their facebook page there are many poeple who are being fooled by these company. I request you to please take my complain and asking for the compensation of my vouchers and the mental harrasment which we have gone throught.
There are many email conversations i have in which it can be easily seen that they are voilating nad breaking their promises
