Sir,On 23 sept I checked my main balance which was about Rs 138. But at evening it was nil. Then on same day 23 sept 2015 I registered a complaint regarding balance deduction from my prepaid reliance no 7827992669 about Rs 138 (having Service Request no 237981484. And on 24 sept 2015 at 8.00 PM i got message as “ Dear Reliance Customer SR 237981484 has been resolved amt of Rs 138 has been posted in your account for SUDDEN LAPS”. But i waited till yesterday there was no balance credited in my account. Again yesterday on 25 sept 2015 i got message as “Dear reliance customer SR 237981484 has been resolved your wrong decrement has been verified and amt is deducted against GPRS usage thanks” . but my mobile number is already activated the 3G data pack having sufficient data balance till 24th sept 2015 . and when my balance deducted on 23 sept 2015 I checked that still internet data balance was remaining then how it is possible to charge main balance while i have already data balance in my account.. the balance should be charged when data balance over. I even not able to call their customer care as their number is not able to connect on 198 or*333. I communicated through email but not getting solution.. please sir help me to get it resolved . I will be thankful to you
