Complaint Details
During 2005, I have invested Rs 20,000 ( Twenty thousand ) in " Canara Robeco Mutual Fund "( vide Folio no. 1071705593 (old no.
28656 ). During Sep,2012, I have applied for Redemption. But the Company has redeemed and credited the Redemption Proceeds Rs 34613 only on 23.6.2014. The NAV on 23.6.14 was Rs 22.93. So, for 2000 units, the Company ought to have paid me Rs 45860.00 ( 2000 x 22.93 = 45860.00). But it has Credited Rs 34613.00 only. So, balance of Rs 11247.00 ( 45860- 34613=11247) is still due.
