I had recharged my father's mobile 9820685870 for Rs 222 twice - once on 28th Aug and again on 1st Sep online, but it was not credited to his number. I checked my account and I had got debited for the amount twice on both dates. I got the transaction details also and approached the service centre in chembur. They said to give my statement showing the debit and they will check it and to mail them. I did everything and have followed up on mail too. There is not revert or recredit to my account or mobile number. PLEASE HELP! Attaching a copy of the mails sent and the statement showing the debit.
