Complaint Details
I have ordered a Motorola X play mobile on September 15th from flipkart.com and payed the money using my debit card instantly.While ordering my item it was in stock and Now its 24th September my order not yet processed by flipkart and then cancelled from the seller side on the same day. This is my first problem, rest follows........
1. I have placed the order on 15th September and it took 9 days for them to tell me that they can not deliver me the product and they need maximum 10 days to return back my money into my bank account( In total 20 days).
2. When I asked about the launch offers for customers who buy the mobile device in between 15th Sep and 20th September, the reply from the customer care executive was like, "There is no such offer offered for you while I purchased the device on Sep-15th" But I have only one question "Flipkart only advertised through its website and all leading newspapers that customers who buy the device in between 15th September to 20th September are eligible for launch offers. Then why flipkart treating a customer like this without giving any offers that they offered ?
3. They asked about the proof of the offers, here is the first one in their website :

3. Sir this not the first time flipkart is doing the same to me , because they accepted few of my previous orders later they cancelled the order automatically, saying that it was because some technical problems.
All these times it took more than 4 or 5 days to get me back my money into my account, after the order cancellation confirmation.

Now what I need is justice from the honorable consumer court of India that all the time they accept my order take money from account and later cancel the order without my consent, and they usually take few days to get my money back, this time its 13 days from the ordered date neither my product nor my money is returned.
Please accept this as my complaint and grant me justice.
