I ordered Tulsi Badam Giri Gurbandi Diamond (Good Quality) 250 Gm on 22/08/2015 from paytm online shopping portal against order no.ORDER NO. 1175205534. On 31/08/2015 I received TULSI CASHEW 250 gms (WRONG ITEM) broken cashews, INSTEAD OF Tulsi Badam Giri Gurbandi Diamond (Good Quality) 250 Gm. I raised the issue with paytm and told them that I paid extra amount as the quality of cashew is not that good plus in market cashew are generally cheaper than Badam giri. Even the packing and the bill mentioned tulsi badam giri.

I raised the issue with PAYTM (One97 Communications Ltd.)numerous times and asked them to replace or give appropriate discount or compensation against deficiency of services and delivery of totally wrong product, but all in vain . They have been harassing me by asking me to send pics and details of the item again and again which I have already sent numerous times.
In one of the mails recently they offered me 5% percent compensation which I think is very disappointing after so much harassment.

I am very disappointed to tell you that , even after raising many complaints with paytm (through emails and using paytm website), nothing has been done for resolution of my problem by paytm team till date. I have been patient all this times, but now its been nearly 20 days since I have raised my issue with paytm and I am shocked that I haven't received a call from paytm.


As a responsible consumer I have written this complaint for resolution of my problem. I request you to look into the matter urgently and resolve it ASAP or else I am afraid to say that I will not be left with any option other than move to consumer court.

I humbly request consumer complaints redressal counsel (India) to solve my problem and stop this harassment from the hands of PAYTM (One97 Communications Ltd.)
I have attached copy of original bill and wrong product and packing with the mail.
