Dear Sir,

For the admission of my two children, Jeswin (Ist standard), Basil (LKG) I approached vidhya sagar school forthe year (2015-2016) admission.
They demanded twenty thousand (20000) rupees as surety for seats , 10000 for each.

As a parent, I remitted this amount in Vidhya sagar school account and I received the receipts.

Later my children got admission in near by school, So I gone to Vidhya sagar global school and told to them that we don't need the seats and given a letter.

At that time Principal told me that in the next board meeting, they would discuss this matter and would give the amount refunded.

But after two months, I made a phone call to the school and the Principal told me that their Board's decision is not to refund the amount incurred from me.

Please help me in this issue.

I am attaching the original fee receipts, that I paid to the school.
