Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a new Xperia C3 on 7th June 2015. I found my sim 2 is not working on 14 September 2015. I went to the happy care services, a Sony service center for support. Whereas I have 1 year warranty The Executive at counter no. 3 Ms. Madhusmita took my phone and changed my sim card and damaged the sim slot and went to the technician Mr Das. Then he done dismantlement of the phone and told us to replace the part - 1289-7099 costing around rupees 10000. Here the damage done during the sim exchange and unauthorized miss handle of the counter representative. The store in charge refused to give warranty and misbehaved with me and my wife and asked the payment of Rs. 10000 for repair charges. This is totally a strategy to squeeze out our money by doing this kind of activity. I found mishandling of equipment and irresponsibility to the customer service and support as committed by Sony Mobile Communications Inc. There is no professionalism and accountability. I request you to take necessary actions to stop this kind of incidents in future. Kindly do the the needful for recovery of my losses.
