sir/mam i submitted my under warranty Mobile handset A-350 (imei no.-911357701735534/ 911357701888531) on date – 06/08/2015 for maintinence at Micromax Service center M/S Satguru Communication Sector 27 Noida but they are not returning my cellphone and every time they asks for next seven days And i called to Micromax customer Care so many times, everytime they provide me a new complaint no (MMX2509151107900 ,MMX1909151045485 ,MMX250815796570 ) and provide me the waiting time of next 20 days. kindly take necessary action in this matter so-that i can get my mobile from the Micromax company.
