tv model no-kLV-32R412BIN5 18637001.&myrequest id no-27257272. I would like to inform you that in my tv display some black spotes are coming so i send my tv for repairing purpose in kolkata sony service centre but after one month not any responce of this service centre .i request u that my tv will be replaced& i want to take new set because tv can't repaired. Ok
