Ordered a Product : Citizen EW9501-79A Analog Watch - For Women vide order no OD202459629063722700 Watch was delivered not in working condition and without any signed warranty card hence I carried it to citizen service center in Chandigarh along with the invoice provided by the Flipkart But service center demanded signed warranty card and refused to look after the watch. I raised same issue (Flipkart Incident: 150802-018135) with Flipkart and they assured me that their em-paneled Citizen service center will look after the problem and provided me address of their citizen''s Lucknow center. I visited Lucknow center but they again refused to look after the problem until and unless signed warranty card is produced. Now Flipkart is asking me to send back warranty card to their Bangalore address so that it can be signed. They are continuously misguided me for last 4 months and yet to provide any solution. I really feel cheated as they knowingly misguided me (have all the written communication received from Flipkart). Request you to look into the matter and take serious action so that no other consumer is treated the same way. Regards, Ravi Priyadarshi
