Complaint Details
I had ordered Xolo Q2500 smartphone on 10 Jun 2014 from AMAZON.IN, the seller being GADGET WORLD. I had paid Rs.12439.00 towards it.The display of the smartphone was defective and so it was submitted within warranty period in the month of May 2015 to Xolo customer care in Shillong. The customer care could not repair it; so after two months they issued a DOA certificate asking to return it to the seller and get refund. I contacted the amazon.in customer care sending them the copy of the DOA certificate. From beginning of August I have been contacting the amazon customer care numerous times and sending the seller several emails. Though the customer care kept me on line for hours speaking with me, they have not resolved my problem: They have NOT ASKED THEIR REGISTERED SELLER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME NOR ABLE TO GET ME THE RETURN LABEL as per their policy. It's now more than four months to resolve this returns issue in contrast to a purchase that is completed within few minutes. I request you to kindly resolve this issue for me.
