Complaint Details
1.I received a broken piece of chester drawer (Nilkamal Chester Storage Drawer Series -24 - NL291).
2. The product I received was of different color and pattern than what I selected.

I requested for a speedy return or refund, and due to slackness of the customer care response I realized only refund is what I should opt for. The product was returned, but so far I have neither received any replacement or the amount.
