The complaint is against micromax with regard to MMX-219 w dongle. The dongle is stop working (green light is continuously on and further there is no detection of network). I face this problem again and again. First time I purchased this dongle from amazon on 19 sep 2014. After few days I face same problem and return the product to amazon.
Second time I purchase this device from snapdeal on 5th Nov 2014. Again having same issue in month of April. After that I submitted this device to Micromax service center on 10 April (jobsheet N030417-0415-16024099). After 2 month I got replaced device collected it in 1 st week of June.
Now having same issue with replaced device just after 2 months. Means I have same problem with 3 devices within 10 months. This prove that micromax mmx219 w dongle is a faulty device.
I contacted micromax regarding this issue explain them whole incidence and demsnd for
refund. I agree to submit the product at their
service center but they refuse for refund. Please help me to solve this problem
