my name jaipal singh,mobile no 7738943838,my work order no- zrv/mg/15/02008,i had given my mobile in service center on 2 step,they said that you will get your mobile after 10 day,i call them after 10 day they said that due to delay delay in part ,so you have to wait for week.then i call on motorola customer care number i discuss wijh them about the condition ,they said that you will get call for high authority.after tow day they call back and say that your device will get back on 21 septemer. i wait for them.i think that i will get the my phone on before my exam on 23 sept,but they do not give my phone,again agian i call them ,they again said that same time that you will get call form high authority after 48 hour but no call i again call that ,they again said that you will get call after 3 day they call back to me on 24 septemer and said that you will get your device on 3 oct but on 3 oct today i get call form service center that your device is not repair,it required for more week. i dont think that they will give my device, so i am dissatified form this so please complaint again them and refund plus compensation form them for wastage my time and money.i think that you will listing the cusomer voice and right. so please help me in this consumer fight for they right
