Complaint Details
This is with regard to the poor 3G internet connection provided and unwarranted late fee charged on us.We made the monthly fee via MTSblaze website on 5th OCtober, 2015.But we did not get any confirmation from MTS.At the same time, the fee charge of Rs.950+1.00 was debited from our bank on the same date. On monday, the 6th October, when we called up the customer care of MTS, they are informing us that they have not received our payment maybe due to heavy traffic on their site.But we need to pay the fee, otherwise we shall be charged with a late fee of Rs.100. This act by the MTS is unjustified, as the fee was paid before the due date expired. First and foremoast we feel cheated due to the poor net connectivity offered by MTS.The range of 3G connection is very poor in our residence.We had asked about this with the Cauvery Enterprises before we took the connection.The salesperson vouched for good connectivity in our area.Now they are just washing off their hands by giving lame excuses.
