now i get message to recharge. i really don't know why airtel is cheating customers like this

need clear and transparent explanation, about where my balance 39.48 disappeared?

need my disappeared balance back in my account, then only i will have confidence in recharging airtel.

it is sad to know even airtel is also cheating customers
