Complaint Details
I have placed an order for LG T72CMG22P washing machine during Monday preview sale on September 28th, 2015. I have paid the money using SBI credit card, with which they were running an offer for 10 percent discount. The order was confirmed and delivery date was mentioned between Oct 05 and 09th 2015. But on Oct 15th I received email and SMS mentioned that order is cancelled due to product unavailability. But in snapdeal order tracking page, status was mentioned as product is packed and waiting for courier pickup. So the reason provided by snapdeal is incorrect.
