I Mr Vishal Mali policy holder no. 924636976 would like to highlight the situation I am facing with lic

I have paid my policy due of august on 13th aug 2013 via lic website portal (debit card)

the amount rs. 16375.44/- is debited from my account





But when I did not receined the receipt I enquired in LIC office Panvel



The Lady on the desk told me that LIC has returned the same amount back to ur bank



but that amount is not yet credited



I again ask LIC office Panvel Now I got answer LIC never received such Payment



Then again 3rd answer My cash is not with LIC , may be it gone to Suspense account





I Enquired in bank UNION BANK OF INDIA URAN BRNACH manager checked with IT team and told me the transaction in completely successful





I want To know where is the problem



And what action LIC is going to take on this
