Complaint Details
I bought Geyser Model EWJ-3 litre (B0691312270171) last year. With in few months it stopped working. After
several calls to their call centre and a long wait I had a technician come in. He got it fixed and few months later it again blew up this time it not only destroyed the water heater but the hot water managed to get into the cold water and blew up the cold water pipes in the surroundings damaging the expensive wall tiles I just installed.
After several emails and letters a Technician walks in takes few snap shots and never heard from him for several days. In the mean time I got the walls repaired and a new Instant water by Racold installed. The old Jaquar water heater is still with me. I had asked them to take it away refund the full amount but no response so far.I am 78 years old and staying alone. All this is taking a heavy toll on my health. Would appreciate if you could take
up this case For their negligence and deficiency in service and causing mental agony and damage to my health I will like to seek a heavy compensation from Jaquar Company.
