I had purchased an exercise cycle ( product I'd 271936476895 paisa pay I'd 39819285508) but the meter of the cycle is defective. Ebay is not ready to replace the defective product or refund the money. I am following up with company since long. They are asking me to get the same rectified from a local technician. Without rectifying the defect the exercise cycle is useless. The total amount of the cycle is rs 5000
