purchased invertor battery cruze compnay from kichha in july 2014. replaced by the dealer in jan 2015 as battery was defective. now i am based in moradabad and battery is again giving problem.company engineer has given report that battery is not giving back up.company is refusing to replace the battery in moradabad, instead they are saying that the battery will be replaced at the place of purchase only.company is selling defective batteries and then refusing to give customer service.
