Dear Sir,

My order number is 1209798229. I had purchased a camera on 10th Sep 2015 costing worth INR 64,729 , but i received a wrong product on 21st Sep 2015. I asked for the return of the product which was not picked up from my place. So later i had to courier it back to the seller as per the mail and customer care people asked me to do. The product was received by the seller on 29th Sep 2015 and it was notified to paytm care team as well. Since then I've been calling and asking the customer care regarding my refund but all they say is either of these 3 things :

1. our concern team are working on the same issue and we will get back to you soon with the resolution.
2. We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to resolve this issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 24-48 hrs.
3. We will get back to you at the earliest.

I asked for the status regarding what is delaying the refund or why is it not being refunded even though the product has reached the seller. I have already sent all the images of the wrong product as per requested , courier receipt and the delivery status. But yet no reply as to whats happening.
