I have order new Moto X Play on Flipkart.com on 15-09-2015 and received the product without any issue.
There are couple of features of this mobile which impressed me because of which I have bought this mobile. One of the important feature is Turbo Charging which the company claims 15 mins charge give apx 8 hours backup. It is clearly given in the webpage that "* Turbo charger sold separately".
I understand I need to buy the charger separately. Fine I have no issues but the problem is the seller Flipkar.com or any representatives have no details what is this feature and from where a customer can buy this charger or if it will be available with Flipkart or not. If it is available when and where? I have called customer care and also written couple of mails to the Customer support. Initially they had no idea what is my request later when i explained what is the product i am looking for and other detials then i got a reply that "they do not have stock of this product and they dont have much information on this and they will notify me once it is available.
If Flipkat doesn't know about the product then how can they mention * condition that "* Turbo charger sold separately". Flipkart is the exclusive seller of this product if they can't give the details then who else can give?
