My Service ID: 1113158027
I cancelled my connection on May due to worst service and the account got closed now as per records. I am waiting for full and final settlement.
Trying to get it for last 5 months. But there is no proper response from customer care people. Raised many complaints in Core.Nic.In, Tikona resolve the complaints without providing solution.
However I don't have any other contact to speak with directly.
Please help me on this worst service and to get my money back.
