Complaint Details
I had purchased a bean bag from Ask Me Bazaar online shopping app on 1st September 2015, which was delivered to my home on 9th September 2015.

I was dissatisfied with the product so on the same day I called Ask Me Bazaar on their number 444 444 4444 and requested a refund. I was told to wait 13 working days until which the product will be picked up from me for returning and I will be given refund into my bank account.

Couple days later probably on 12th September I got a call from Ask Me Bazaar people asking for my banking details so that they can refund money in the same account.

Then onwards I have not been able to reach them at all. I have made numerous complaints on their phone 444 444 4444 later on 16th, 19th, 27th September and 1st October was the last time I called them for making the same refund request.

Each time on these calls I talk to a different person. Everytime they ask me the same questions and compell me to give same answers which ideally they should have in their records as previous conversations.

I didn't just make single calls on above mentioned dates. On each date there were 3-4 calls because they would just hang up the calls when I asked for a responsible answer about the delay in their processing. Then after couple tries I would get across to some person who would make me tell the entire story, who would make again a false promise that my query has been forwarded to their complaint department and I will receive a call in 24 hours. But I never got one.

I called them today also and was told the same excuse that my query will be forwarded to the complaints department. When I asked what happened to the complaint which was forwarded on 1st October, the call centre person named Rahul hung up the phone call.

I also made a written complaint on their email address help@askmebazaar.com but I did not get a response.

I am very disappointed with the service that Ask Me Bazaar is providing and I request a proper solution for my problem. Please guide me in this matter.
