Dear Incharge,

I have ordered "Jona Louis Combo Of Stylish 5 T shirts For Men" through Askme online portal (http://www.askmebazaar.com/) on 25 July, 2015, order id is AB4268344.

I have made two transaction for this order. First one was an Online but was failed for which I raised a concern for this, reference id is QRC36936093 and second one was Cash on delivery. The online transaction that was failed I got the refund of the same on date 05 August, 2015.

Shippment that I received was an incomplete product (contains only 4 t shirts whereas order was of 5) so I raised a concern for the same and ask for a return but they confirmed that although I will get my money refunded but reverse pickup from the given address is not possible (whereas it was the same address where order was delivered), reference id is QRC44354779.

Since then I approached the customer care on phone (04444444444) so many times to know the status of second refund and executive keep on telling me your refund will be processed in 3 to 5 working days but those 3 to 5 days not came yet.

I also approched via email (help@askmebazaar.com) but they have not reverted back.

Here I am attaching the invoice of order I placed and Product I received and request you to help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I will appreciate all your help in this matter.
