Dear sir,
This is Nitin Bhandari a VODAFONE customer raising a complaint against company
For not resolving my issue on time. On 09/10/2015 i had problem with connecting a call which were showing network is busy for almost an hour, i called customer care executive on 198 attended by Executive by name Mr Sashikant and asked him why there is problem with network (since i have validity of my prepaid card each and every second were useful for me ) which he could explain and after long hold he disconnected the call since i was online immediately i could manage to chat session to resolve my issues in which i were connected with other two executive who even could not resolve my issue
As i had validity for my prepaid card i were not in position to wait my issue to be resolved after some days and through email so i told them to connect me to concern authority or their senior who can resolve my issue but even after ling discussion both executive could not resolve my issue neither could connect me to their higher authority so disappointing by service of Vadafone i raise this complain to provide me proper feedback and how they will compensate my time wasted in requesting their service. Please find attached discussion i had with executives in chat session in detail for your reference.
Kindly provide me appropriate feedback how you will compensate my time for such a bad service
