I had filed a complaint number 83785651, for our RO Purifier had stopped working. The complaint was filed on 5.10.2015, it has been 5 days and no action has been taken. I had to refile my complain on 9.10.2015 and was told that our service centre has been changed and it will be addressed by them now but nothing still despite me calling the service centre again. The service agents dont pick up phones either.
The problem for 5 days now my parents are not getting filtered water, this defeats the entire purpose of buying the RO purifier in first place. They have to boil water or buy cans on daily basis
Also in the past 2 months there have been repeated problems with the Purifier right from the installation. I dont stay at home, it my mother who uses it and for her these repeated problems just makes her life even more tough.
I request you to please take necessary action so that my parents can have pure water and my mother is free from these additional problems
