I hava a whirlpool make 6.8 Kg black white magic 133680 H washing machine. i have purchased from whirlpool anand gujarat. My purchase date is 13/8/2011 the machine is fully automatic, till date the machine has faced frequent failurs on its PCB i.e. panel control board, this failure clearly suggests that the parts that company uses is not genuine, this thing i also have come to know from other source, Today the annual maintenance contract is over and again the PCB failure has arrived on my machine that means i will have to pay it from my pocket.... Its really embarrasing for the company and dissapointing for a consumer that such a newly branded machine faces such kind of frequent problem that are bound to occure once in a three or four years...
