We bought Croma washing machine on 3rd Nov 2014 from Kandivali west store and since then we are suffering from continuous inconvenience due to operational errors in machine and mental trouble due to number of calls to customer care.

At first place, after buying this machine –
Croma delivered damaged machine and same had been identified by installing people and took back to store, after that we had to call number of times to get new machine, which took place after weeks time.

Even replaced machine has issues and till today (i.e. in 10 months only since bought) we registered two complaints for nonfunctioning of machine, again we had to call multiple times to get it repaired which took more than two weeks every time.

Now this is fourth complaint and awaiting resolution since last Two weeks.
Till now we have called more than 10 times to different Croma service people and customer cares with no success.
1. 1st complaint on 25th Sept (Complaint no. – SR25091500009)
Without resolution and even intimation to us they resolved complaint on 26th Sept.
2. Again we launched 2nd complaint on 26th Sept (Complaint no. – MUM260915FS00024)
No response, no action and its still open.
3. When we checked they had no updates on earlier resolution and took fresh complaint ( Complaint no. – MUM051015FS00041)
As usual no response, no action and even this complaint is open

For same reason we registered three complaints and called countless times.

We bought Croma machine just because it had more warranty and even above to that we opted for extended warranty.
Forget about extended warranty, they are not even bother about initial committed warranty.

We are frustrated, and tired of mental torture due to this association with Croma (though it has TATA brand, no worth and quality)
Would like to have our money back, We don’t want this machine.
