Dear Respected Sir / Madam,

I need your help in resolving the below issue on priority.

Got the Tikona broadband connection on Jan 28th 2015 with upfront payment for 3months. Started facing service inefficiency from 2nd month of installation. Raised a query on Feb 6th with Ticket number TT no. 1-3364922345 for how the payments have been calculated and internet service not working, why the assured speed and services are not up to the mark as per attached email. Again raised the same issue on April 16th & 18th 2015 as per attached emails.

My 50+ year old mother had so much of mental harassment as they never answered calls / replied emails. Then they started calling for payments for April and I was like first fix my issue. As there was clear service deficiency from Tikona , I decided to terminate the connection effective 20th May. I gave them formal notice on May 19th 2015 to disconnect the service effective 20th May 2015 and bill me F&F up to May 2015. as per attached email.

To my shock I had to again send a reminder on May 24th 2015 on my termination request as Tikona was calling my Mother every day 4 times to pass the connection to some one known in the apartment, how disgusting is that service level and ethics.

Finally May 25th I get their email on how they will proceed with the Termination as per attached email. In which they will take 16 days to terminate as per their policy, I immediately clear the April Dues and requested them to collect the device which is pending from their side to collect, as per attached email. There was no one from the company who came and collected the device and I had to send a reminder again on May 30th 2015 requesting them to collect the device as this is blocking place in my house.

After repeated calls and reminders to Tikona , Tikona emailed me on July 4th 2015 that they have successfully disconnected the services, wow what a achievement on not meting your 15days SLA. as per their email. Post seeing the email I immediately replied them to come and collect the device before 7th July as we are travelling out of Mumbai. Which they again failed to collect the device. I have been calling MR Shivkumar who is responsible to collect the device as per Tikona;s email instruction however there is no one who comes and collect.

Today 12th October 2015 , My Mother gets a call from Delhi collection agent Mr Arun Srivastava threatening her to pay the balance of INR 1700 which as per them is billing due or face legal consequence. She tried to explain him that there is no billing due and this bill what he is talking is for the device which Tikona has billed assuming the customer is not returning. Mr Arun didn't listen and kept threatening which in return caused my mother high blood pressure and resulting to faint.

Knowing this I immediate called Shivkumar to come and collect the device and close this open issue from so many months, He assured he will collect this on 13th Oct 2015.

Now my request to Consumer department is to give me justice and get me a apology letter from Tikona and refund for 1 month bill as per the harassment and mental torture my mother has faced even after paying the bills for poor services.
