Complaint Details
Since i am not getting any positive response from PayTM cutomer care lodging this complain, PayTM has claimed the money 622/- from my account but not able to track the transaction where those money has gone, i was trying to make online order on FirstCry.com using PayTM wallet, since my wallet did not have enough balance, did try to load money using my Axis Bank NetBanking & Axis Bank Credit card, at the time of loading amount at last stage it gave errors online, but PayTM has claimed those amount from bank, now they are not responding properly to track those amounts.

Below are the two orders i was trying to made through firstcry website and but got failed during paytm payment,

1. 1873982OJ207F3053 this first cry order number i was trying with PayTM wallet and tried my axis bank credit card to load money to Paytm wallet which got failed but PayTM has claimed that money from Bank, transaction id from bank is (495759B210E8D19564D1DEEE579CDA44583194E) this amount is neither showing with my payTM wallet nor Firstcry order, so where the money has gone, when order was failed how come paytm claimed that money from Axis Bank Credit card.

2. 1873982OJ200F5212 this first cry order i was trying with PayTM wallet and tried axis bank netbanking and this one also failed while loading money to paytm wallet, but amount was got debited from my account and PayTM has claimed that money from bank PRN number for this transaction (3101934153) (INB/366155618), now that money is not showing with my paytm wallet nor firstCay, so want to understand where the money has gone.

I am looping firstCry also in this email chain to trackdown my money.
