Complaint Details
I have Tata Sky DTH connection for my TV. Few days back in October I got a call from pune from tata sky helpline, and the guy on the line told me that we just need to recharge by 1650 and we will get tata sky annual pack. I recharged my tata sky a/c with 1700 rs, and they deducted around 1200 rs for a semi annual pack. The guy also told me that we will get 6 sports channels, but we did not get any. There has been no proper resolution even after calling tata sky helpline several times. So I want to complain that they charged more than what they said, without my permission. and also not providing channels that the deal was for. Please help!!
