Complaint Details
My washing machine was non-operational for almost 22 days, due to their internal communication problems. I was misguided and not given a solution in committed time period. despite various reminders and followups over email IFB customer care, agency from gujarat and the factory people did not help me sort the matter in said time. Also in repeated followups they were not aware of the details of complaint and they have not responded to my emails where i have asked for compensation.
