Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have received a yes bank gift card of Rs.2000 from infibeam.com under cash back offer for purchase of LG AC order id 15291556.

This card is in inactivate stage since i received it. After repeated complaints through emails as attached or by phone at customer service desk, the issue is not resolved yet.

Its being more than two month, I am still waiting for a solution regarding activation issue. More than 10 mails and calls and still there say it will be done tomorrow.

I request you to Please help me out on this as I am facing serious trouble getting this issue solved. Your intervention is needed otherwise it will not be taken seriously.
