I have ordered few products with order no ending with 66223, 81719 & 97121 but the products are not delivered till today, where as, those orders were supposed to be delivered by 8th Oct 2015. After repeated complains with jabong.com via mail and call, no resolution has been provided. They asked for 48 hours for the delivery update on 10th Oct 2015, and untill now, the status remains the same while tracking the orders. I have placed repeated requests to get me the products delivered by 15 th Oct, as i have some products as gifts in those orders & needed to deliver them to my family before leaving my hometown in next two days. But they did not get my orders delivered & neither the shipment status updated. Hence this was a moral as well as mental harassment, and i would request you to contact them at the earliest by 16 th Oct 2015 via mail or call , in order to get my orders delivered . I have attached the screen shot of my order status till now & a mail from them that states their efforts to resolve the issue, which is just for misguiding customers. Thanks
