I had purchased a Samsung Smart TV costing over 1.25 Lakhs and its display panel had a problem just within 3 months of purchase. They replaced the TV set but once again after 1 year the same problem occured and now they are saying its not under warranty hence they cant replace the part. A new display panel is costing me Rs. 50,000/- and they are only giving a warranty of 1 year with it! Have asked them for a 3 year warranty which they are refusing!Having experienced the same problem twice, i am skeptical about the product quality itself and even if i pay 50K i am sure it wont last more than 2 years! Need resolution to this matter.
