I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE ATLEAST 10 TIMES SINCE LAST ONE WEEK REGARDING MY SONY BRAVIA – LED TV. TILL DATE NO TECHNICIAN HAS COME TO OUR HOUSE FOR RESOLVING THIS COMPLAINT. ALSO, THE CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEES (MOHIT)REFUSE TO FORWARD THE COMPLIANT NUMBER TO US
