Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Joji Paramalayil John (Passport no. Z3014324), I have travelled from Doha to New Delhi airport on 16th Sep 2015. My PNR no. is EOEIAW. Flight NO. 9W553.

Once i reached Delhi airport we were informed that my baggage was offloaded in Doha airport itself since there was shortage of fuel and it was the decision taken by the pilot.

I filed a complaint in missing baggage counter and they registered the complaint that day itself. File ref. DEL9W50671/16SEP15/2148GMT. The missing Baggage department promised me that they would send my baggage to my address in Bangalore.

My father received the baggage on19th Sep2015 and when i returned from Chennai today, i opened the bag to find that the new Samsung Galaxy A5 phone(white) which i bought for my Mother from Doha Carrefour has been stolen from the Bag. The cost of the phone is QAR 999/-.

I am atttaching the receipt of payment for the phone for your reference. I followed up with Jet airways for redressal of the issue for one month. They have dismissed my case saying that they have no evidence. Kindly help me in this regard. I will provide any information regarding this.
