Dear Sir,

My name is L suresh kumar has surredered a policy vide policy NO 792806291 on 08 Feb 2014. At the time of surrender, they replied that NAV of Rs74627.50 (On 08 Feb 2014) alongwith interest for the period from 08 Feb 14 to 15 Oct 2015 on completion of 5 yrs of policy. Inspite of repeted reminders/requests on the subject the cheque not yet received. Pl instruct the company alongwith reason for delay and penalty from 15 Oct 2015 to till date at the earliest.
