Complaint Details
I have purchase Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Model DEO in November, 2012. From December, 2012 onwards the machine gives lot of problem. Their service engineer attending the fault and after one month the problem coming again and again. Their engineer also told me that this particular DEO model is a failure model. After my repeated request for replacement of new unit, they have taken the machine to their service station and after repairs / replacement of some parts installed the same machine. At that time I have noticed that inside some parts are very much rusted. Based on the faith on Eureka Forbes, I have also renewed the AMC twice. Nowadays their service engineers are reluctant to come to my house to attend the service call. I am very much disappointed with this model as well as the as the service part. I have already spent Rs.16500/- for the machine and AMC for 2 years Rs.9000/- +. I would like to get a permanent remedy for this.
