Madam/Dear sir, An amount of Rs 81 has been deducted from my reliance GSM mob no-9817553225 as VAS ADPAY GSM on 21 Oct 2015 while there is no any such service is activated on my number.Customer care also did not respond to complaint .Please refund my amount.
