Sir/Madam,
Purchased one Homemate cloth Drying Rack from shopcj vide-order no-20151017075676 on 17.10.2015. On opening the box,found in complete.one drying rack fittings was less,Without which it is not possible to assemble the product.on calling the number given above so many times it was told that they will send the missing part by someone. But after many days there is no response.We cannot use the product till the part is not received.
It will be so kind of you to do the needful.
