Complaint Details
I bought a handbag for Rs 4495/- from Debenehems India in Pheonix market city mall Kurla Mumbai . When I used it within first and second time the bag started to tear off. However within the given time period when I went to return the bag I was told the store is shutting down and they can't help me. I tried to contact the numbers and email id that were mentioned but there was no response. Recently I got to know the e mail id of Debenehems head office in London and i complained to them. They forwarded my complaint to Arvind Lifestyle Brands Ltd. who operated their stores in India. But the response I got from them is negative and they refused to refund or exchange saying the stores of Debenehems have shut down in India. Pls help
