The service request was made on Tuesday 20-Oct-2015 and the technician attended us on the same day in afternoon. He was so pathetic that he serviced the aquaguard and removed two parts without even informing about the issue in the machine. He was not at all cooperative with us.
After he went, we turned ON the aquaguard to check if it was running well. We were shocked to see that water was felling from the top of the aquaguard in force. We were so annoyed to see this. we complaint to the customer about the technician and this issue and they promised us to send senior technician the other. But in vain as always, no1 came from past 3days and when I again called up the customet care -Mr. prateek today, he registered a new complaint and the one which was already in pending, he cancelled that complaint. And then he told me that the technician will attend in 2working days. When I questioned, he is telling me that madam kal toh festival hai parso sunday hai to direct Monday aaega.
Mr. Prateek do you even understand what can happen if the money is flowing all over in the machine and when we have no water to drink. And it was mistake from your side.
Horrible and unsatisfied service from your side.
