PROJECT-IMPERIA ELVEDOR-Main Pataudi Road at Sec. 37-C Gurgaon-Dwarka Expressway-Tower Evita_IWF-R- 0426.
COMPLAINT- Out of 4 tower only one tower is under construction, and whereas company has demanded from applicants of all towers. We demanded Architect certficate several times via mail / telephonic conversation (refer our mail attached herewithh )but company refuses to provide the same. As per construction status, To check construction status we went personally and took pictures on 7th June 15 which clearly shows only one tower is under construction, which are also attached for your reference. Whereas company even haven't uploaded construction status snapshots. Company is collecting money for construction not happening and so need a complete inquiry to check all relevant documents vs actual construction
