Dr.Rajendra not refunding my fees which he received by me in 2011 against admission in M.Phil.I request him many times by personal meeting and SMS to please return my fees,he always promised me that fees will transfer in my account but I didn't receive money in my account till date 26.10.2015.I am facing great mental stress because of mental harassment given by Dr.Rajendra S.Tomar (Chairman of IMIRC Sahibabad Ghaziabad.I am attaching fees receipt.Sir Please look into the matter as soon as possible,I'll be highly oblige to you.Thanking you.
