Complaint Details
I placed order for a book for my kid. The book is not yet reached their order says 3/4 days but its a week. while calling no body is picking phone or responding to my mail .
Also money is deducted twice by CC Avanue the payment service provider

I am following up with them since morning crossword is not responding at all and CCavanue is not satisfactory.
